Information we collect and why


We may collect your name, contact details, appointment information, health information, treatment records, referral details and payment records. We use this information to:

  • respond to enquiries and arrange appointments;
  • provide safe and appropriate physiotherapy treatment;
  • maintain clinical and financial records; and
  • meet our professional and legal obligations.


We process ordinary personal information where necessary to provide our services, comply with legal obligations or pursue legitimate business interests. Health information is processed for the provision and management of healthcare under Article 9(2)(h) GDPR.


Sharing and storage

Information is shared only where necessary with your treating healthcare professionals, authorised staff, professional advisers, insurers or service providers such as Cliniko. We may also disclose information where legally required or with your permission.


Clinical and financial records are retained for the period required by applicable professional, insurance, tax and legal obligations. Unsuccessful website enquiries are deleted when no longer needed and normally within 12 months.


Your rights

Subject to certain legal limitations, you may request access to, correction or deletion of your information, restrict or object to its use, or request a portable copy.
